Hi all,

I thought the "X" deinterlacer algorithm looked lonely without a 2x
mode, so...

Attached is a preliminary version. I'll tune this a bit (and wrap lines
properly) later.

This is slightly less CPU-intensive than Yadif2x, but still too slow for
netbooks.

The framerate doubling, and keeping the top/bottom field (and
interpolating the other) in an alternating manner, pretty well masks the
problem of mangled Japanese text in anime openings. ("X" tends to detect
kanji text as interlaced...) This approach also lends itself more
readily to screenshots than the basic Bob.
