[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Improved tooltip to view the time at a given mouse position

Hello,

This patch improves the tooltip shown when the mouse is over the seek
slider (see attached screenshot).
It has been tested on Linux and Windows (Vista).

Note: this patch is intended to be applied in the 1.2 branch.
