[vlc-devel] [PATCH 1/2] IVTC: trivial fixes

Hi all,

These are the last patches before the refactor, I promise ;)

The attached patch fixes the minor trivial issues* I found myself in the
latest IVTC filter, fixes some broken comments, and clarifies the
comments a bit.

I had prepared a copy of this that was waiting for review results, but
then the original patch was merged :)

So, here is a version that applies to the latest source. This version
also fixes incorrect TFD upon returning from soft IVTC back to hard IVTC
(oops!). And obviously, since Laurent already fixed my original 
CAN_COMPILE_MMXEXT mistake, that fix is no longer included in this patch.

Please take a quick look and apply if there's nothing technically
offensive in it.
