I still claim an smem API would require a sout API, which we don't have.
Hence it's a lot more work than amem.

While I find it really cool that some people work on this, I find this name
disturbingly close to QtMobility. That is something different and probably
a trademark by the way.

Is _was_ broken last time I checked. Input item options does not work for
sout anymore. And yes, this will break a number of shell/batch scripts out
there as well (:sout= must be replaced with --sout=) but this seems
unavoidable to me.
