The N8 can and the n97mini can, for smaller videos.
Most of the other devices can play audio very well or mpeg2 ones...
Symbian^3 should support OpenGL ES 2.0, like iOS and Android, and those
ports seem to be quite working.
Not to mention that we don't know yet the Nokia strategy for future
devices... Well, maybe _you_ do.

We've had a port to WinCE for a long time, and WinCE was way slower...
Until we haven't finished the port, we can't say if it will be
disappointing or not.

As for developer time, I guess people work on what they want/can.
