[vlc-devel] Auto-start extensions

I totally agree with adding this feature in VLC UI because most respectable
players already have it( BSPlayer at least).
But still, auto-starting extensions is a separate feature that might be
desirable for some other types of extensions.
Auto-starting them just increases the usability a lot.
