[vlc-devel] Proper MIME support for Matroska & XSPF

Hello,

as requested in http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=92267
here's a patch against vlc-1.1.11 to fully support Matroska, and also
XSPF, the format in which vlc saves playlists, which it weirdly doesn't
recognise till now from the MIME type.
