[vlc-devel] Possible to log the plugin?

Hi all,

Logging doesn't seem to work in the plugin.

according to this page you can set logging to debug mode by setting
"vlc.log.verbosity = 3;", however, the object isn't recognized.

Is there a way to turn this on? I am trying to figure out why ie/ff/chrome
are crashing.
