[vlc-devel] [PATCH] add direct3d-backbuffer-scale

Here is a quick fix for this issue :

If display surface is bigger than the screen, the image is just cropped to
the screen size (used to zoom in some apps with libvlc).
So i added a float to scale the backbuffer.
