[vlc-devel] [PATCH] display RV32/RGBA instead of RV16

Just display RV32/RGBA instead of RV16.

I removed SWS_ACCURATE_RND flag in swscale because it's a lot slower with
it, even when no scaling is needed. and it wasn't set anyway in RV16.
