[vlc-devel] Complete Feature freeze

Hello,

I would like to suggest a complete feature freeze for next wednesday,
meaning core, lib and modules (except UIs, since they are in a poor
state).

I would say that a few things should be excepted, because they are
important and under discussion:
 - Dash,
 - Mpeg-ts duration,
 - QTSound,
 - MKV improvements.
