Ok maybe I did wrong with length, I'll investigate that tomorrow.

Yes I have. But as you can see the pictureParameterSetNALUnit doesn't
change (see http://pastebin.com/JP4xQe1H), it's always (in hex
encoding) 68E9093525. However the resolution does change... The
problem surely comes from that.
