[vlc-devel] compiling ActiveX

Sorry for the delay..

Back to the topic, no you don't need to run the widl to change the
CLSID, IIRC. 
I haven't been compiling the .idl files since a long time, and I last
did it on Windows. I'll have a look at that later, when I come back.
