[vlc-devel] Problems loading plugins under windows

So, situation:
cross-compiled (by me) VLC could see only few plugins: a52, speex, vorbis, 
theora, fake. and no more.
qt4 plugin works too (yes, menus are active).
all libraries - x264, etc, (all static) are working under windows after 
cross-compiling. vlc plugins dlls are more-or-less large with 
corresponding to libraries.a sizes. all plugins are compiled well.

when I try to launch x264(only - just copy dll to the plugins dir) plugin 
from original vlc distro - it 
works well with my cross-compiled version (and is shown in the list of codecs).

VLC is 1.1.11
