[vlc-devel] frame format about x.264 encode

I use elecard streameye to analyze one video(.mp4)  encoded used by vlc x.264.  The frame format is as following:
    I P P B B P P .....P 

  There is just on I frame in the video.   I wonder if there exists some problem in such format.

Can someone tell me more detail about the frame format of x.264 encode?
