Well, in 2.0.0-rc1, under Win32, it unloads it at the end and goes back
to the normal 10MB of RAM used.

Ok. But we say VLC is buggy all the time :) And yet we still get a lot
of users.

Ok. Fine for me. It is a bit too bad for Win32 users, but well...
