Why is it a problem?

On normal OSes, packaging dependencies allows to split correctly.
On broken OSes, like Windows and Mac, the package is around 20MB and is
fine, so far... Improving packaging compression might be more
interesting than other things, tbh...

The actual problem with translation is the length of the vlc.pot file and
the too high number of strings.
