[vlc-devel] Paid VLC Win32 Project

I am looking to hire a programmer to create a specialized VLC ‘feature’.

This ‘feature’ will display (inject) images on-top of the currently playing
video, according to an XML file.

The XML will define the 1) time to display the image, 2) x,y position, 3)
image-url to display, 4) time to hide the image

The project must be compiled on Windows (MinGW).
