I'm still getting the following error messages after applying the new
patches:

[mxg @ 0x945fe60] Estimating duration from bitrate, this may be inaccurate
[0x9468598] xcb_xv vout display error: no available XVideo adaptor

Again, I fetched an MxPEG clip file with:

wget -O /tmp/out.mxg "http://<user credentials>@<cam
ip>/control/faststream.jpg?stream=MxPEG"

What work is there to be done?
Are you testing completely without GUI? (cvlc or something)
