[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Updates theora to use the new API instead of the deprecated one and fixes a crash on playback.

The theora API changed when the liibrary version went to 1.0.

The include file "theora.h" is only the legacy API.  It's been like
that since at least 2008, so it's probably not necessary to need to
suppprt it anymore.
