Before that commit
vlc-1.3.0-git-20120108-0007-win32.7z
After that commit
vlc-1.3.0-git-20120109-0007-win32.7z

No problem on Windows 7 64bit,  but on Windows XP enabling yadif crash
vlc-1.3.0-git-20120108.
