[vlc-devel] [PATCH]Equalizer, support other sampling rates than 44100 and 48000

Hello, again.

At last, I was able to make the equalizer labels behave the way I want them
to behave.  Now, everytime the bands setting was changed in the preferences
between the previous playback start and the current playback start, the
labels in the GUI change, making them consistent with the bands setting in
the equalizer module.
