Please note 2 things:

 - libav is still vulnerable to 2 of those.

 - FFmpeg is broken wrt to rtmdump|vlc - with flv sources on Windows, and
   therefore people using those kind of software like TVO are not using VLC 2.0.1,
   but older versions.
