[vlc-devel] [PATCH] HLS small files and failed seek patched

Hi,

Here are the two fixes as separate patches: 0001 fixes playing HLS 
single-segment files at all by patching the Prefetch routine, and 0002 
fixes the incorrect handling of a disallowed seek.
