Please note that this kind of emails belong to the translators@ or ios@ mailing-lists as they are unrelated to libvlc or VLC for desktop development.

Albeit confusing, this is actually correct as you are supposed to move your thumb down to adjust the scrubbing rate.

Your improvements will be part of the next version for iOS, which will be out as soon as we feel that it's ready. For now, there is a bit left to do and we might want to wait for a potential Apple event very soon from now.
