afaict even if we ship the module, we won't have MIDI decoding out of
the box
> On OSX, the size of the plugin is 1 MB, this is 1% of the complete package size. Same ratio for compressed versions of the files. I don't know is this is an acceptable increase in file size. For me this would be fine.
