[vlc-devel] One stream url cannot be played correctly on version 2.1.2 and the trunk code

also I tried many times. I found, maybe because the source is a little slow, so it some times stay on the first picture.
And can't play continuley, always stay on the first picture.
But when the network is smooth, it can play it correctly.

I tried this url: "http://live.gslb.letv.com/gslb?stream_id=cctv1&tag=live&ext=m3u8", which is a live streaming's url.
VLC would not play it correctly,  Just stay on the first picture.


But this url can play normally in other players, for example: vplayer on android,  so the url is correct.
