[vlc-devel] there is no qt interface of vlc.exe

First I  cross  compile vlc-git for windows under centos 6.0 correctly.  Then I install vlc-2.1.2-win32.exe in Win7.  When I start vlc.exe ,but there is no qt interface just command line interface initialized.  Who can help me?
