[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Add i420->rv16 neon converter

Yep, i know it's not scheduled yet (same as other neon converters), i
didn't forgot the same remark on the previous converters.

I plan to work on scheduling to avoid any bubbles in neon pipelines, for
all neon converters at once, not just this one. it will be another patch,
maybe next week if i have the time.

Would it be ok to merge it in the meantime (if there are no other remarks
of course) ?

PS: thx for the tip on rgb 32->16 btw IIRC. from my tests, even if there
are more instructions, rv16 is slightly faster than rv32, because it writes
less data
