Reducing the size of the subpicture allows stutter free playback of
teletext subtitles on significantly slower hardware. All testing on
Fedora 18 using xvout.

I developed this patch against VLC 2.0 and have successfully tested
against 1.1.4 and a 2.1 build from yesterday.

P.S.
As well as feedback on this patch I'd welcome any insight as to why I
get stuttering playback on an Atom D525 (dual core and hyperthreading)
in various situations while my CPU usage is reported as ~50% on each of
4 logical cores. This patch resolves one of the situations I was seeing
too late frames but HD video or teletext subtitles + yadif2x are others.
It is noticeable that with HD, playback is initially smooth but
depending on the deinterlacing mode this lasts from 100s of ms (yadif)
to >10s (off).
