[vlc-devel] vlc git can't show window

I git the laest version , and compile it correctly.  But when I run vlc.exe from vlc-2.1.0-git directory, vlc can't show window interface, just show the console window with prompts:
VLC media player 2.1.0-git Rincewind
Command Line Interface initialized. Type `help' for help.
