This patch fixes the alignment and appearance issues with the equalizer labels.
When using the equalizer in ISO standard mode, the labels belonging to the
two lowest center frequencies (31.25 Hz and 62.5 Hz) contained lengthy text,
which created uneven gaps when the extended settings window was at its smallest
size. Also, the 1 kHz and 2 kHz labels were apparently misaligned, as they
were prepended with extra space. To fix the appearance issue, the value 31.25
Hz has been rounded down to 31 Hz, and the value 62.5 Hz has been rounded up to
63 Hz. To fix the alignment issue, the extra spaces before the actual text in
the 1 kHz and 2 kHz labels have been removed. It should still be obvious that
the ISO standard frequencies are based on a logarithmic scale.
