[vlc-devel] VLC with gstreamer

Hi Remi,

As discussed over IRC, I see this as more of a fallback option, with lowest
score.
Not sure about VP8, but I guess VP8 standard doesn't allow slice based
decoding.

Will clean-up and upload the patch soon.
