Don't we already have schinese.nsh?

I've tested the translations and I've notice few strange characters, can
you double check with their respective translators? http://imgur.com/a/ka29k

Few !insertmacro / !include are missing to enable the new translations
notably for Welsh, Arabic and Korean.
