I'd fully support a move to ARC as started by Carola last week.
Dropping OS X 10.6 for VLCKit is fine in my opinion and is something
we thought about doing for the next desktop release of VLC for Mac
anyway. Regarding iOS 4, well, we use a lot of iOS 5.1+ APIs already
within modules part of libvlc, so actually, MobileVLCKit is not
compatible with it at all.
