VLC contrib libraries are all installed in ${CONTRIB_DIR}/lib, never in 
${CONTRIB_DIR}/lib64. You are not making any sense.

Please keep the trolling to yourself. Even Ubuntu LTS does not have 
/usr/lib64 any longer.
