[vlc-devel] Stability problem while reading stream over RTSP

Hello,

I use VLC SDK on Windows for get raw data of IP Camera. This IP Camera 
stream video in H.264 over RTSP protocol.

Everything works perfectly but when network has trouble, some packets 
are lost and my application crash. Sometimes before the crash the 
"commit size" memory increasing fastly.
In Windows event viewer, the error is in *libavcodec_plugin.dll*.
(To do my network test, I use the software "Clumsy". It simulates packet 
loss.)

When I do the same test with VLC application, I encounter no problems 
and the memory is stable.

Do you known this problem ?
