[vlc-devel] [PATCH] do not put symlinks in the .tar.bz2

If anything I can make a different line when doing the win32 contrib
output. Not sure there won't be a problem with cross compilation though.

An other option would be to skip untar'ing the files we know have a problem.

Lastly, it would be nice if tar had an option to skip symlinks. I haven't
found it.
