I was unaware of this.But most of my code consists of simple declarations
of structs and enumerations taken from wikipedia page.Even caption commands
are taken from the wikipedia page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CEA-708 .
I have seen the license of the ccextractor. I have searched a lot about
CEA-708 features but couldn't get any other than ccextractor.
I can work on the functions but can take a little more time.
