[vlc-devel] FTBFS: contribs requiring newer gettext and autopoint

Hi,

Without building gettext manually somewhere (previously
contrib/<triplet>/bin, which is now not recommended to be part of PATH),
several contribs now fail to build as the version of gettext and autopoint
shipped in for example Ubuntu 14.04 is too old (0.18.3).

Most notably, this clobbers the gnutls build as it needs 0.19.

Several others need at least 0.19.3.
