What for? The only benefit of XVideo is if it avoids conversion. Otherwise, it 
is essentially worse than Render (#12348) or plain X11, because it does not 
support SPU blending.

Also in reality, graphic cards with native XVideo support are so old that they 
are most likely out of service or broken by now. So XVideo is just a backward 
compatibility wrapper strictly inferior to OpenGL.
