[vlc-devel] Localization File.

Hello,
I am Armel Freddy Kong. I am student in translation. I wanna focus on
localization and I want Vlc to speak my mother tongue, bassa, a cameroonian
language. I need the localization file as soon as possible please. And I
would want you to help me compile.
