It's an antology because with this patch alone SYS is never set to 
"nacl". Setting SYS to nacl accidently ended up in patch 6, which 
defines _XOPEN_SOURCE.
So I think squashing patch 6 into patch 1 will be fine. Setting 
_XOPEN_SOURCE in a dedicated patch might be overly granular anyway :)
