[vlc-devel] [PATCH] direct3d9 orientation

Hello,

As explained here,
https://mailman.videolan.org/pipermail/vlc-devel/2017-October/116034.html

with this patch applied, direct3d9 differs from opengl when the orientation is ORIENT_LEFT_BOTTOM or ORIENT_RIGHT_TOP.

I can update the patch if the opengl vout has the correct interpretation.
