To by honest, I would say as a general rule all macosx files should be in the translation list.
As we saw with j-bs patch, lots of macosx files were missing because of renames.
Usually, most of those files contain l10n, and for UI modules it would be very bad if we miss a single one of them. The same should apply for qt interface.
Ok, fair enough, some files might only contain helper / subclasses for UI components without any translation strings inside. But then we should clearly separate them (subfolder) and establish a general rule that no translations should slip into those subfolders.
