[vlc-devel] [patch] avcodec: use VLC_MSG_DBG_EXT1

building on the "add range for --verbose" discussion, specifically
patch v3 + the extended debug log message types, this gets avcodec to
make use of the new type, instead of VLC_MSG_DBG+1
