[vlc-devel] Wish to contribute to VideoLAN

Hello fellow contributors / innovators, 
I wish to contribute to VideoLAN for the upcoming months. My programming languages I am proficient are C++ and Python. I am learning app development in Flutter currently, and I plan to learn Qt and QML.  I wish to participate in GSOC 2020. It would be great if anyone can help me on getting started with contributing in VideoLAN or Open Source in general. Any tips are would be highly appreciated.
