So, Steve broke only VDPAU.

We did our best to not break everything, we tested together: d3d 9/11, vaapi, nvdec, vdpau, macos...

I saw some issues with vdpau, and we fixed them together. I tested the fixes and it worked for me. Our only error was not to test it again on the very last version of Steve's work.
