[vlc-devel] [PATCH 1/2] input: reduce controls from input_ControlPush

I don't see any difference with the previous behavior:

SEEK(1) SEEK(2) SEEK(3) SET_PROGRAM(1) SET_PROGRAM(2) SEEK(4)

will be reduced to

SEEK(3) SET_PROGRAM(2) SEEK(4)

Same result with or without this patch.

Could you please tell me what is wrong with this patch ?

State, Rate, Pos, Time, Program, Title, Seekpoint controls are always been reduced. If you don't want to reduce them anymore, could tell me:
 - Why ?
 - Which controls you want to stop reducing
