That's up to you, but unless you're considering addressing the issue yourself, 
I don't really see the point. You or I can't compel people to fix code, 
especially code that's mostly unmaintained as the muxers.

Even in terms of the broader stream output subsystem, I have more pressing 
issues to work on, that I more or less promised at the workshop.
